It was a very hot weekend so Lauren spent most of the time lounging around in just a diaper.
To beat the heat we went to the Snow family cabin at Collins Lake on Sunday with Grandma and Grandpa and met Nannie, Poppie, Mark, Diana, and Nick out at the lake. The dogs had a blast and even cooled off in the water involuntarily. Lauren relaxed in her crib underneath a fan in the cabin. She took to the heat well and everyone remarked how cool, calm, and collected she was. Mom looked great out on the dock in her two-piece (4 weeks after delivery! - I am a blessed man). We barbecued and marked Lauren's first of many visits to the cabin with some pictures. You can see the new dock ramp that was just put in this year, so Lauren will always be as old as the dock and hopefully we'll still be out there when the dock needs to be replaced again.
